According to ESPN, in the last 16 Presidential Elections, the winner of the Redskins Home game prior to the election determines who wins at the polls. When the Redskins win, the current administration wins. When their opponents win, the challenger wins.
Redskins = Bush
Packers = Kerry

Update: According to Urban Legends Reference it is the winner of the most recent home Redskins game. Fixed above.

So a friend of mine desperately wants to see the Sox in the World Series. He tried getting tickets, but of course they were sold out.
He went online and the cheapest seat at Fenway he could find was going for $1200. He then decided on another course of action ,then after 30 minutes, and $1500, he had his tickets.
Round trip tickets, hotel, rental car, and tickets to Games 4 and 5 in St. Louis. All for the price of one ticket at Fenway.
That rat bastard.

It was actually happening. The nerd was kissing the homecoming queen. Paper was beating scissors; scissors were beating rock. Charlie Brown was kicking the football. The Red Sox were beating the Yankees for the American League pennant.
