The TV, my dread nemesis, has struck again, its 3 am! But the Idependent Film Channel is playing Woody Allen's "What's Up, Tiger Lily?" I saw this film once years ago on UPN of all channels, but now, no commercials. I would love to read an interview with these nobody actors from Japan. I'd feel odd if I were in a film and then it was re-released in another country with a completely different take. This is the movie that Mystery Science Theater 3000 always wished it could be, and to think that it first showed in the early sixties.

I wonder what the secret recipe is? How good could that egg salad be?

New York New York. Sometimes I am so glad that I live in Boston. I may have grown up catholic on LI but I feel I have come to terms here. Case in point, the Brooklyn Museum's new exhibits. Only Giulianni and other New York Catholics would complain about this exhibit. (I'm so GLAD I was BORN in Queens). Hello its a version of the Last Supper. I don't see what is the problem here. I don't see what is anti Catholic. Hell Warhol made different versions of this "event" why the hell can't a black female lapsed catholic put her self at the center of the table? Is it just because its by a black woman, with a black cast that the Mayor has problems with it? Who knows, he hasn't even seen it. For that matter neither have I. I might if I lived downtown but hell i hardly go to any of the museums up here so why listen to me.

Just got an email from an old friend, seems that he will be taking the Professional Engineering Exam in april, and I don't even graduate until May, Thanks
Jake for upstaging me once again. (by the by Jake was the one holding the beer) Jake graduated on time unlike me, and so now has the job and the wife and for some reason is working in the Phillipines. The picture was taken when Jake was a member of On Beyond Zebra, a rock group based in Pittsburgh, which he is no longer a member of. Got to go to class.

27 years ago Patricia Hearst was kidnapped. 99 Years ago Charles Lindbergh was born, his baby later kidnapped and killed. Both famous people. Both who at one time were considered bad, Hearst a Terrorist, Lindbergh a supporter of Hitler. Heil History.

I'm slightly intoxicated, and downloading snippets of new
depeche mode songs. Sound ok but snippets never fullfill expectations. I hate snippets actually, I just wish that one of the songs would be released in it entirely, that way I could actually make a decision on its sound knowing the entire context of the song, instead of a 30-38 second section.

With that, history is the farthest from my mind, except for thoughts of the 80's. Reagan's Missle Defence, "Star Wars", and the horrible thoughts that were in the backs of all of our minds, tommorrow may be the end of the world, tommorrow the missles may fly, tommorrow we may all die. The new missle defence plan brings this to the forefront of my mind. The fact that this "system" which as of yet has never worked, may spawn a new cold war. With Russia, probably not. But China may see the need to increase missle production, and then India may feel threatend and increase nuclear production and with that Pakistan following suit. India and Pakistan. Once when I was 15 I had a discussion with friends, my friend John held that the end of the world would start in the mid east, or the sub continent. He may be right. If we ever have nuclear bombs detonated in a war again it will most likely happen there. and how will our "shield" help us in the fallout? Not at all.

A Nuclear Shield. An oxymoron to say the least, if a nuclear missle is launcehed and destroyed in transit, the warhead will either land unexploded and disperse its radioactive material or will explode and release radiation across the globe. I would rather rid the world of all the weapons then try to defend against a few. Because if any are ever launched it will be a grave mistake against the planet and all of its species. But then again I am not the president.

I feel the US may be shifting back to its historical policies. Isolation.
